RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

CANCELLATION

All cancellations must be postmarked seven (7) days prior to the date of purchased presentation. Otherwise, the registration is applied and purchased charged. 

CANCELLATION PROCESS

To cancel your registration, please email customer service at eva@eventadvisor.com to obtain a confirmation of your cancelation and also the further process of your refund.

TRANSFERING THE REGISTRATION

Transfering the registration from one person to another is possible any time. Only the name and contact details can be changed in the registration. In case you want to change the billing details, the cancelation process must be applied. It is not possible to change the billing details within 7 days prior the presentation date. 

 

EXCEPTIONS

We may be able to issue a refund if a guest has to cancel because of an emergency as long as the proof is provided. Please contact our Customer Service Line.

Cancelation of the registration is possible maximum 7 days until the purchased presenting slot. Otherwise the full amount is charged.
